Programme Overview
Blanex maintains an Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorist Financing (CTF) programme in line with applicable regulations. We are committed to preventing the use of our services for money laundering or other financial crime.
Customer Due Diligence
We perform customer due diligence (CDD) and know-your-customer (KYC) checks when you open an account and on an ongoing basis. This may include verification of identity, address, and source of funds. We may request additional information or documentation at any time.
Transaction Monitoring
We monitor transactions for suspicious activity and report to the relevant authorities where required by law. We do not accept cash, third-party payments, or anonymous funding. Accounts must be in the name of the beneficial owner.
Right to Refuse Service
